Format/Custom Style Dropdown missing

    I have been using this plugin for a while, and it has been great!
    I am having trouble though making the custom styles dropdown to appear. In conjunction with “Advanced TinyMCE Settings” plugin.

    My settings are like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/1LYBjmOyjBRC . However, the format dropdown doesn’t appear. It will only appear when I disable the Advanced Editor Tools plugin, seen here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gk7KkEArpZlw .

    Not sure if I maybe missing a setting here, but editor styles is enqueued, and we use the default settings that come from the plugin.
