Formaker Pro is a good product

I have been using WebDorado FormMaker Pro with Mail-Chimp and Conditional Emails since 2015. The forms have functioned without failures or difficulties.

Initially, I had confusion on how to add emails, etc. but the new form building page is much more intuitive and easy to use. Drag and drop to add new form fields (for example First Name, Last Name, email) makes building your form easy. For less complex websites, the free version may suffice. Quite a number of built in themes for the forms will give most folks a satisfactory choice for their form styling. CSS styling is available for each form, but due to the complexity of the basic CSS files implemented, added styling may be difficult for even users familiar with CSS.

If you want to add, for example, a Contact Form which allows users to contact a selected individual (say Customer Service, Shipping, etc.), then you will need not only the paid add-on for “Conditional Emails” BUT ALSO the upgrade to FormMaker Pro. The three add-ons that I use cost approximately $90/year, but a discount is normally available for renewing on time.

The Pro Version comes with one very large advantage: very good support beyond the limited support of the free version. I have always had rapid responses from the support team, with salient information in response to my questions. Their support team provided the CSS changes for an important styling requirement of mine; a programmer would have charged quite a bit to accomplish this.

There is an 11 hour time difference from the U.S. Pacific Time Zone to WebDorado, so a 24 hour turnaround for support is usual. Although located in Eastern Europe, the support team’s English is excellent and I have never found any evidence of any suspicious activity or malware injected into my websites over a period of 5 years, including opening my Firewall temporarily and providing a temporary UID and PW.

If you can provide very clear descriptions of your difficulties or your special needs, WebDorado will likely work hard to resolve the difficulties or provide assistance.
