Form works well. A little basic.

  • The form seems to work well enough, but it’s a little basic. I didn’t want to pay a subscription for a just one form for my website, but the options are very limited for the free forms.

    I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed to create a basic contact form, including fields like Single Line Text and Paragraph Text that can be used to collect any information you’d like.

    You can also set up form notifications to send out form submission details, or add users as email subscribers when you connect WPForms to Constant Contact.
