Form Wont Send Me An Email – Have No Idea Who Filled It Out

  • I have 3 contact forms on my website. Our main contact form SEEMS to be working, as I did get a submission today, but the latest one I created is a customer survey, and for some reason whenever it’s filled out it won’t give me an email notification. I tired to fill it out myself several times with no luck. My settings are correct and it gives me a success message when it’s completed. I offered our customers a $20 gift card for completing it, but seeing as how I have NO IDEA who has filled it out, I’m worried that I will have some unhappy customers. Please help!!
