Form wont send

    I created my form and it works perfect, when I test it there are no problems and I get all the test emails in my mailbox. But it doesn’t seem to work for other people who fill in the form.
    They say when they hit the send button a wheel starts spinning, doesn’t stop and nothing happens. I also get no email and there are no entries.

  • I can confirm that it indeed doesn’t work in your site, the wheel doesn’t stop spinning.

    I have the same issue when I updated to the latest smartforms.

    I get “An error occurred, please try again later”. This message has been going on for a week. Form will not send message back to admin.
