Form won't include file extension on mobile devices

The file extension is not included when trying to upload an image using a mobile web browser. Which gives the error, “This file type is not allowed”. Making the form unusable from a mobile phone browser. This is crucial as we all know how important the mobile market is in this era. Please help me fix this issue. Kind Regards.
