Form won’t go away

I put a form on my home page, then decided to remove it. The problem is that it won’t go away! I’ve cleared the cache on my browser [Firefox], but it still will not disappear. I then deleted the form completely under “forms.” Even that will not get rid of it.

I have another form on another page, and that one works fine. If I make a change, it changes. But this one on the home page won’t change, and won’t go away.
