Form won’t e-mail

I have the footer form on my website setup to email the form to the email address associated with my domain ([email protected]). I put that email address in both the ‘To’ and ‘From’ boxes of my form’s settings. I fill out the form and test it, and nothing comes through. When I change the ‘To’ box to my personal email address, though, it works. What am I doing wrong?

@takayukister – Yes, it says that the form has been submitted.
@ricksnackers – Thanks for posting. This seems like a problem a lot of people are having? Is it specific to using the same email as the To and From?
