    Hi how can I add a form within a contact form?

    Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

    In my previous reply I assumed you wante to know “HOW TO ADD a new form in Contact Form 7”.

    However, if you actually want to “add a form within a Contact Form 7” then I must say that is not possible.
