Form with reCaptcha not working.

Hi, is anyone else having an issue using reCaptcha on a form?

If I remove reCaptcha the form submits properly, when reCaptcha is added the form does nothing. No errors, warnings, etc. The plugin and wordpress are also up-to-date.

There is also a strange box below with the ID of ‘g-recaptcha-response’ which im sure shouldnt be there.
