Form with popup

    Hi there. How to setup the plugin so that I could click on Contact us text on my website and a popup would appear containing few fields.

    Dear @noah1983,

    A functionality to open the form in a popup is not available in the plugin.
    What you can do, is have that Contact us text and add a link to the form page. In this case the form will not option with the popup but in a page or post you add the shortcode.
