Form with ordered user preferences

    I want to create a form where users add their preferences ordered.

    The scenario is that I have some employees who I want to assign them to departments. Each employee has to choose by order of preference in which department he/she wants to go.

    Hi @drteddy

    You could use simple dropdowns to allow each user to choose their preferred option.

    If you use the Pro version of Formidable, separate values and field calculations could be used to calculate a total score for reach and rank the options by highest score in a View.
