Form With Image

  • I am wanting to build a quick inspection form like this one on this page: https://mastercraftext.com/

    If anyone can tell me how to accomplish this I would be very grateful or if you can tell me what plugin to use to create it I would be very grateful as well.

    I have searched and youtubed for hours and cannot figure out how to do it. I used Contact Form 7 to create the input boxes and then used inline css to set the background image, but it all gets screwed up when I change something.

  • What one needs to do to modify the CSS rules used by this plugin is to add new rules to the bottom of your stylesheet that override them…as this is a CSS mod of your theme, a Child Theme is greatly recommended…what you will find is that the plugin outputs both standard web compliant CSS and some custom ones which are called but no rules written for…so write them to your liking…

    To discover this CSS, use a web inspection tool such as FireBug, Chrome Inspect Element or IE F12 tools…

    I don’t know anything about CSS or Child Themes. Does anyone know of a plug in that will create something like this? I mean I have it all created except I cant get a background image in the Contact Form 7. Is this even possible with this plug in?
