form with database that shows matching results

  • Hi,
    I am new to WordPress and an novice. I am looking for a template that would go with a plugin that provides results depending on 3 variables. The customer would select a trade which would then let you select a job then a location
    eg Painter > exterior painting > Torbay.
    I understand a database is required.
