Form will not submit

  • I have adopted a website and I am using contact form7. I have a basic form but when I try to submit it the spinning icon spins but nothing happens. I have deactivated all the plugins and put the twenty sixteen theme on but the problem still persists.

    I am getting this in error when I submit the form
    POST https://www.mysite.co.uk/contact-us/ 502 (Bad Gateway) jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4

    Any ideas where to start?
