Form was fine, now sends single letter data?

    Hi
    The form was working fine but now it just sends the first letter of the entry the customer submitted. Checked and are real people and not bots. What am I doing wrong??
    EXAMPLE OF FORM DATA:

  • I’m having the same issue. Re-installing didn’t help.
    I’noticed this issue on Dec.24 first time. Before that everything worked fine. I don’t know what’s the problem. But, I have another website using Caldera Forms too and it works totally fine.. just checked that.

    Could the issue be when WordPress just updated?

    Hi there,

    maybe some other plugin mess it up?
    @calikaterina – did you install\update another plugin before it stop to work?
    try to disable other plugins and see if it helps…

    Looks like it was introduced in 1.4.6. Downgrading to 1.4.5.1 solves the issue but if you can add your comments to that GitHub issue and include your WP and PHP version, that would help.

    No, The wordpress update messed it up. Caldera needs to update their Plug In ASAP.

    CAN SOMEONE FROM CALDERA FORMS CHIME IN HERE???? NOW OTHERS SITE I MANAGE ARE DOING IT.

    Yep, second site started doing this too… no changes for other plugins are made.

    Caldera needs to fix their widget. You have to roll back your widget to an older version. Bobby

    Experiencing the same problem…. need a fix asap pls!
    Rolling back to 4.5.1 fixed it for me for now

    Same issue here.
    Rolled back to 4.5.1 and it solved the issue, but that is not a permanent fix.
    Would be great if someone from Caldera picked up on this

    I’m having the same issue on all of my sites… Email form sends first single digit for each entry. I rolled back to version 1.4.5.1 as well to fix it temporarily.

    Really Caldera? Any plans to fix your plugin in the event that we can’t afford to pay for support?

    This is not a support request. It is a question about if you plan to update the form so it will work with newer versions of WordPress
