Form variables not working

  • Hi Frank,

    I did an upgrade from 4.7.4 to 5.0.1 today. %QUIZ_NAME% and %CORRECT_SCORE% still work in the emails that are sent, but %USER_NAME%, %USER_BUSINESS% and %USER_EMAIL% come back as “None”.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Have you made any changes using the new “Contact” tab? The older contact forms should work until you begin using the “Contact” tab for that quiz. Once you start using the “Contact” tab, you will want to create a name, business, and email fields in addition to any other contact fields that you would like to add.

    Let me know if you have not started using the contact tab.
