Form Value dynamically with a hook

  • Hi,

    i want to set up a form field text value dynamically with a hook if the form starts to render. How do i do this?

    For example:
    add_action(‘caldera_forms_update_field_myformfield’,’update_value’);
    function update_value (){
    return ‘my_new_value’;
    }
