Form translation

I was wondering if you find the solution for frontend translation ??

The form is already translatable (but if no translations are submitted to me, none will happen …).
Look for
<?php _e('....','emefs'); ?>
in form.php. You can either read up on how to translate wp plugin (see my main site for a howto: https://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?topic=call-for-translators )
Or just replace each occurrence of that with your own text.
