Form too large – how can I shrink the message field specfifcallly?

I need to shrink the message area in the contact form – it’s so large the submit button isn’t showing on the page. I’m imbedding the form in a Slider Revolution hero, tried to add space at bottom there, but came up empty.
Any ideas?
