Form to print

    I have 4 fields – NAME, RECIPIENT, SUBJECT, MESSAGE. When I export it to HTML it’s all in a table with field name headers and some extra not needed informations (like submit=1). Is it possible to export as a single message ready to print on a different pages in a format below?

    NAME
    RECIPIENT
    SUBJECT
    MESSAGE
