Form to Post to Page

Good afternoon all,

I was wondering if there was available plugin or something alike out there for wordpress that does as follows:

Basically there is a form on the page where someone can fill it out, and upon submitting it, instead of sending an email or so, it posts to a different page where people can see the information posted. People would also have the ability to delete the post, and POTENTIALLY (doesn’t have to have this feature) edit that post as well. For the most part, just the ability to view and delete the post and it doesn’t have to be the same person who posted it.

I’m not sure what they call this type of feature or function, as it would probably make it a lot easier to search for if I did.
