Form to decide where to link after submit?

  • Is there a plugin solution for a form like this?

    I guess basically a filter search but with drop downs? The site will basically be an e-comm site, but probably will not have the payment process.

    Maybe WooCommerce (disabled payments) and a product filter solution using drop downs?
