Form timeout

    Hi
    A form that has been successfully processing entries for several weeks has suddenly started to freeze on submit and does not reach the success page stage. I made an edit to the form and removed a field. I do not know if this caused it. I took care to ensure there were no dependent fields by removing the fieldnumber from the total calculation. It carried on as normal for a few days then started to timeout.

    I’ve tested your form just now, it has been submitted properly and I’ve received the confirmation email.

    Which information are you entering in the form to make it fail?

    I went in to the form, re-added the field I removed, then deleted it again. This seems to have fixed it. Sorry to bother you. Resolved.
