Form-tag Generator: reCAPTCHA is blank

    I’m new to both Contact Form 7 and the WP reCAPTCHA plugin so am perhaps doing something wrong but when I attempt to add a reCAPTCHA to a CF7 form using the reCAPTCHA button in the form editor menu, a blank Form-tag Generator popup appears and nothing else happens.

    I’m using WP4.2.2 and have the following plugins of note installed, activated, and configured:

    Contact Form 7 v4.2
    WP-reCAPTCHA v4.1
    Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA extension v0.1.0

    I’ve also implemented the “line 773” fix noted in similar posts (removed the ampersand).
