Form submits, but user left hanging

  • When I upload a Letter to the application, the form works and you get a notification, but if I upload to the CV & Documents field, when I press submit, the form submits, but user doesnt go through to the confirmation screen and just sees the swirl?
    I’m running elementor pro and astra theme.
