Form submits but does not give confirmation

Hi there, Im making a website for a client using this plugin. The plugin is great however ive encountered one small issue.
Basically my client is a health coach and has two health history forms embedded on one page on the site.
There is a tab for women, and a tab for men. When you click either of them the page slides over to reveal the appropriate contact form for users to fill out.
Now, the page automatically loads the womens form as it is the first tab, and everything seems to work fine. However when the ‘mens’ tab is clicked and the mens form is displayed, filled and submitted. The little ‘loading’ animation just keeps going, the form is sent properly, however the plugin does not confirm this.
Is this something I can fix, or a problem intrinsic to the plugin? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
