Form submit issue on iPad

We faced with issue for iPad on Safari, Contact Form 4.1.2 version. There is the issue in Safari submit button can’t be clicked. There is no action in Safari when you touch submit button on iPad at all. All other browsers works ok. Please, share your experience how to resolve such behavior for iPad. Thanks in advance for help
