Form submit event not registering in Google Analytics

Greetings – I have followed all the instructions in this tutorial – https://wpl.agency/docs/how-to-track-elementor-pro-forms-with-google-analytics/, but the event is not showing up in my Realtime view in Google Analytics.

Other events that I track are showing up os I know event tracking in general is working.

I’m using version 1.2.6.

I have tried using both my Global Site Tag ID and GTM ID (one at a time) and neither worked. the Events panel in GA does not show any events occurring when I fill out the form.

Are there any trouble-shooting steps I can do either with the GTM console or the browser console? OR are there any other steps you can recommend?
