Form Submit Error Causes Form to Disappear

    When a form with an error is submitted, the error notice is displayed, but the form disappears. This forces users to reload the page in order to see the form again. Bad UX.

    It would be best to keep the form visible (with the error notice visible below the submit button) so that corrections can be made without need for a page re-load.

    Is there a fix for this currently?
