Form Submissions Not Working On Mobile

    Form submissions on mobile are inconsistent. Resaving the page in Elementor temporarily resolved the issue but only for less than 24 hours. Clearing the cache also helped, but it’s unclear how long the fix will last.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Please go to your WP dashboard > Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility >  change the ‘Ajax Page Loading’ to General and the ‘Load Event’ to Window Load. 

    Also, go to your WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks  > Save without changing anything.

    Ok, I did these steps.
    I cleared the caching again, and it is working, but we need at least 24 hours to see if it keeps working.

    Tested here the next day, and it is not working on Mobile.
    But when I tried a second time, it worked now.
    Most times people are not going to be trying to submit it a second time like that though.

    Still not working.
    The first time I do a test entry, it does not work, but the second time in a row it adds it correctly.
    What can be done to remedy this?

    It seems like the issue may be related to caching. To resolve this, we recommend excluding the page with the form from caching. This will ensure that the form functions properly on mobile devices.

    I have had it excluded in Breeze already, but it still doesn’t work.
    Do you have a caching plugin recommendation to work well with Strong Testimonials?
