Form submissions not going through but receiving payments inPayPal

    Some of my customers’ form submissions are not going through (we don’t receive the submissions and some of them receive an error message), but we’ve been getting their payments on PayPal, which was how we found out about this issue. This problem is happening with all other similar forminator forms on our site, please help!

    Hi @yoomoon

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    Can you try to enable the form to load from Ajax on Forminator > Form > Behaviour > Load From Ajax, and then check if the issue is gone?
