Form Submissions not going through again

Due to the importance of our clients receiving submissions and the issue with not sending submissions, we monitor our clients sites on a daily basis.
We were receiving all notifications up until 4 days ago when they just stopped being sent to a gmail address.
Any ideas why all of a sudden this stopped working again?
We filter everything to a gmail just because it is the easiest to ensure delivery.
