    We’ve run into an issue whereby the sign-up form at https://www.hemarchitects.co.uk/subscribe/ is no longer adding users to our MailChimp list. We’re getting no errors – the contact simply doesn’t appear.

    Having double-checked the MC4WP plugin settings, the MailChimp account is showing that it’s connected. The API key and list ID are both correct, and I’ve tried clicking the ‘Renew Mailchimp lists’ button. Nothing seems to work.

    The plugin is up to date (Version 4.9.13). Any help would be much appreciated.

    Please go to MC4WP > Other, and set it to “Log everything” (instead of logging only errors). Then test the form again. What do you see in the log?

    Under MC4WP > Form > Settings, is Double op in set to Yes?
    If so, the subscriber has to click the link in the opt-in email before it’s added to the audience.

    Double opt-in is set to ‘yes’. The log is showing the following when the form is submitted:

    [2024-05-22 13:52:07]?INFO:?Form 1731 > Successfully subscribed rob.***********@gm***.com

    No opt-in email is received (isn’t in my spam folder either). Any ideas of what I else I can try?

    Successfully subscribed … means that the subscriber is successfully sent to Mailchimp, from there it’s out of our hands. Its Mailchimp who sends out the opt-in email. If you don’t receive that email maybe it’ going to spam (check SPF settings or domain alignment).

    Even with double opt-in disabled, the contact is still not added to the list (even though the log says it has been ‘successfully subscribed’).

    It doesn’t seem to be a MailChimp issue to me – all settings are configured correctly.
