Form submissions being tagged as spam

Hi,
The last week or so, the majority of our visitors’ form submissions on our Contact form and Order Sample form are being tagged as spam and not getting sent to the form recipient.

I found that the recaptcha seems to be the culprit. When I disable the recaptcha integration, the form submissions come through. I created a new recaptcha v3 site key and secret key, and resetup the integration with the new keys, but the form submissions are still failing.

Anything else I can try?

FYI – the spam log in the Flamingo plugin says:
“Spam log: reCAPTCHA response token is empty.”
