Form submissions are a big block of html

    When people contact me through the form, the copy that is sent to my email is displaying as a big block of html all of sudden. I thought it might be spam at first but then I tested it myself and mine are coming in as html as well. Submissions look correct when I view them in the dashboard though, it’s just the copy that is sent to my email. Not sure why but this started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have not made any changes to the form.

    Hello there,

    Can you please mention which SMTP plugin and email sending service you are using? The issue could happen from the email sending service and you can try temporarily switching the email sending service to GMAIL(free) and see if the issue appears again?
