Form Submission To Styled Post Draft

I am wondering if there is a way to make the form submission into a styled post draft?
Right now I am copying and pasting everything from the submission into my style template. I would love to automate it to the point where I can just check the draft and schedule it for the date selected.
Is there any way to make it a scheduled post? To be set to post at a certain time on the date they selected in the form?
I really don’t want to fork over the money for Gravity Forms if there is the possibility of doing it myself using Contact Form 7.
