Form submission taken almost 12-15 seconds

  • Hi Team,

    CF7 is the best suitable plugin for me so far, but I have observed one thing, the form submission taken 12-15 seconds to submit form data.
    I have used the below Theme and Plugins:
    Theme: Kallyas Theme (can’t find theme version as the theme is old).
    We are using total 33 Plugins including below add-on plugins for contact form 7:
    Contact form7 (Version 5.3.2)
    Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension (Version 2.0.3)
    Honeypot for Contact Form 7 (Version 2.1)
    ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7 (Version 1.3.0)
    Redirection for Contact Form 7 (Version 2.3.5)

    How can I speed up form submission, Please suggest the root cause of it?

    Which versions of Contact Form 7 and WordPress do you use on the site?

    Why do you use such outdated versions?

    Actually we have latest version of CF7 but outdated version of WordPress, That is the reason to take more time to submit the form?

    The reason I am keeping the old version of WordPress is, Our Theme is outdated and that were not been updated since last 2 years (we need to repurchased the theme because we didn’t get any update notification for the same theme). And whenever I was trying to update the WordPress version with the latest one, our theme page builder stop working that’s the reason we haven’t updated WordPress so far.

    Is there any alternate solution to fix this issue except WordPress updation? we will definitely work on updation of Theme and WordPress as well. But meanwhile I need to fix this delayed issue while submitting form data. Appreciate for your suggestion. Thanks

    Is there any alternate way to reduce delays while submitting form data? Is this happening due to outdated WordPress OR due to CF7 add-on OR any other specific reason?? suggestion Appreciated. Thanks
