form submission spinner doesn’t stop, no success message

Hi there,
We got Post SMTP plugin working to send emails. When you click button and submit the form, the loading spinner never goes away and the success message doesn’t appear. However, the email is successfully sent.

Any ideas why contact form doesn’t recognize the email is sent?
