    Hi @wpmudevsupport11

I created a new site for a client and included a simple submission form. To test it I linked my Google e-mail, but when I send a new e-mail from the front end, it does not send the notification in the e-mail. If I see in the “Send” section I see that the e-mail was sent correctly. Obviously I have updated the plugin to the latest version.

    Hi @npdesignerweb

I hope you are doing well.

Forminator will use the wp_mail() for sending the emails which is the native WordPress email tool, if the form is well configured but no email is sent could indicate a problem with the site emails.

Can you please try the your-site.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and request a password change ( no need to change it ) to check if you receive the email?

If not, then you can check with your hosting support why the emails are not working or configure an SMTP plugin. To find out more https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#form-emails-not-sending

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

    Hi @wpmudevsupport12

    thank you for responding.
I verified my-site.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword the password reset email comes. I checked the SSL/TLS section of the host panel and all certificates are active. I would like to avoid installing an SMTP plugin considering that your plugin fuon works perfectly. It is not the first time I use it, I have several sites with your plugin and the configuration is the same as all others in use.

    Hello @npdesignerweb

If you received the reset password email and you were able to find the forminator emails in your sent logs, the issue could be related to your website email service filters.

In some cases, your hosting or custom SMTP server is filtering the emails when they contain certain characters, I suggest creating a new form using the premade template and testing the email notifications to see how it works, if the emails are got through please change the email notification settings your main form and try removing some fields from the message body.

You can also contact your email provider (your hosting or custom SMTP email provider) and ask them to check the email logs to find more information about why the form email notifications are not receiving.

    Kind Regards
    Amin
