Form submission problem

Hi,
So last week I set up some forms on this site https://www.vincue.com everything was working fine. We weren’t doing an autoreply after submission but a redirect to a thank you page all working fine. The emails when someone submitted a form were going to our sales director [email protected] and bcc to myself and the chief developer. I tested form all working fine. The site crashed earlier this week from another plug in activation problem and when we reactivated your form plug in the forms came back and looked fine although I didn’t test them. Today someone else when in and changed something either in the site settings or forms settings so that the only email the forms will send to are the email that is in the general wordpress settings for the site. What else might have been changed I don’t know but everything in the form looks the way it did before this happened I created a new form and replaced on the site to test what might be going on and still it won’t send to our dealercue.com domain only to the same email in the wordpress settings. Any thoughts as to what’s going on?
