Form Submission Post Process

Hello,

Before I install this plugin, please clarify for me this.

The first item in your feature list is…
No Limitations on the number of forms, fields, emails, actions, or submissions that can be included.

So I’m assuming that actions includes triggering a hook in my plugin.
I wrote a a small plugin that will take the form data and pass as a URL string in an HTTP POST request to a remote API.

Does the free version have a method that can trigger the add_action() function in my plugin. I have no intention of paying extra for Webhooks.
