Form submission not showing up in Feedback and tracking submitted emails

I am using the wordpress form builder on my personal website and everything seems to be working great except nothing happens when the form is submitted. I do not receive an email, the submission does not show up in the feedback section of the admin panel and I am not sure where the submissions are ending up, if they are processing at all.

I am also having a problem with getting any of the emails from other form submissions on the site so the two issues could be related.

I am using the contact form 7 form plugin (but not on the contact page. On my contact page I am using the native, wordpress form builder), Download Manager plugin as well as email before download plugin.
