form submission limiter

Hello,
We are currently being attacked by someone submitting 1000’s of form submissions with in just a couple of minutes to one of our Caldera Forms form. So bad that now we have reached our email quota and are not able to send or receive email. Will this plugin/service be able to help woith an attack like this?

Also, we have wordfence, and using the breeze cache plungins will they interfere with clean talk?
