Form submission doesn't go to InfusionSoft

    Hi karkunum,

    I’m not sure I understand. Have you added tags to InfusionSoft already? Also, have you configured your API information on the plugin options page?

    Mine is not working either. the API info is setup in the plugin settings. ??

    Yes I have tags. do they have to be any certain tags?

    The tags you use in WordPress need to be a copy-and-pasted representation of the tags in InfusionSoft. So if I create a tag in InfusionSoft called “Customer Tag 5”, I paste it exactly how it’s written into Contact Form 7 as “Customer Tag 5”.

    These tags can be anything, as long as they match exactly in WordPress and InfusionSoft.
