Form submission creating two entries on hubspot

  • Hello,

    we are submitting hubspot connect and it successfully submit form to hubspot but
    it generating two entries one on correct feed and one with form name #gform_id creating there (not hubspot form) and new contact added there too..

    why its creating two entries
    need help..
