I have created a payment form and have integrated the stripe. I want that once the users complete the booking and once I approved his booking then they the payment should be charged. How to achieve this?

    Waiting for your response,
    Thanks.

    Hi @assad1999,

I hope you are doing well today!

In order to charge customers only after you’ve manually approved their booking you will need to use the “Authorize and Capture” feature of Stripe Integration available in some plugins. However, Forminator does not support pre-authorization and later capture of payments in Stripe. Once a user completes the booking form and submits payment, the amount is immediately charged from their account.

As a workaround, you can try the following:

    1. Have the customer fill out the booking form on the site (without requesting the payment initially).
    2. Once you review and approve the booking request, you could then send them a separate secure payment form (using Forminator’s Stripe integration).
    3. Once the user fills out this payment form, the amount will then be deducted.

Please let us know if you need further help or clarification.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer
