Form submission

  • I wish to have a form on my wordpress page which functions in the following manner.

    When the user enters his/her details and presses the submit button, he or she is taken to a page where they can find their submitted details with a generated unique ID/batch ID and asking them to confirm their submission. When final submission is done the details are mailed both to the user and the admin.

    Is this possible to carry out with the use of any plugin?
