Form stripping code

I am setting the form to post contact information directly to insightly CRM, when the html is copied in it strips the following code
<form name=”insightly_web_to_contact” action=”https://crm.na1.insightly.com/WebToContact/Create” method=”post”><input type=”hidden” name=”formId” value=”XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” />
Is there a work around??
