Form stops working when reCaptcha is added

    When adding the reCaptchav2 (invisible or checked) to the form the submit button stops working.

    Hi @yunysia,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We have a troubleshooting list for CAPTCHA that should help you to identify the issue. If not, please get back in touch directing us to the form (I did not see a form with CAPTCHA on the link provided previously).

    1) We support v2 version only.

    2) Only checkbox and invisible CAPTCHA is supported.

    3) Keys need to be generated on the admin console of Google ReCAPTCHA shown here:
    https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.html

    4) While generating the keys, sibforms.com domain has to be added in the domain section if you prefer to use iFrame or share URL. Likewise, if you want to use HTML then you have to add this domain in the domain section.

    5) In the case of Simple HTML, CAPTCHA will not be visible as Simple HTML does not support Javascript.

    6) Site keys and secret keys of one type are independent of another type, meaning keys for checkbox ReCAPTCHA are to be used for checkbox ReCAPTCHA and not with invisible ReCAPTCHA and vice versa.
